The price shown refers to the monthly fee excluding VAT.
 The fee includes:
 1. SLA (Service Level Agreement) with definition of the minimum guaranteed service availability (Uptime), and related penalties and service credits.
 2. The extension of the warranty for the entire duration of the service.
 3. An All-Risk insurance policy for damages suffered or caused by assets rented with a leading European company, for fire, Kasko and electrical phenomena.
 4. Scheduled ordinary maintenance interventions carried out both by specialized technical personnel of the EUCOS Group and by qualified technicians of the authorized assistance center of the parent company.
 5. Technical assistance interventions, locally or remotely, necessary to restore any faults or anomalies that may arise throughout the service period.
 6. Operation of the equipment with compliance with all legislative obligations attributable to it, for example for Italian legislation: drafting of the system booklet, periodic checks for fluorinated gas leaks, electronic sending of the interventions carried out in relation to the FGas Regulation to the ministerial portal and the compilation and transmission of the Energy Efficiency Control Reports to the provincial registry of thermal systems.
 7. Remote supervision with the “EUCOS Field Sense” IoT Web platform connected via cellular network to the field equipment using the “EUCOS Box”.
 The following are excluded from the fee:
 8. The installation of the equipment, which will be quantified separately.
 9. The supply of electricity to power the rented equipment.
 10. The supply of any air filters, which will be accounted for on a consumption basis.
 11. Damage caused by intent or negligence.
