1. What does “Cooling as a Service” mean?
Cooling as a Service (CaaS) is a long-term operational rental model based on servitization. Instead of selling an air conditioning system as a product, we offer it as a complete service: from supply to maintenance to daily management. The customer only pays for the actual use, without having to worry about technical complexity, unforeseen events or operational management.

2. Why rent air conditioning equipment?
For the same reason you rent a company car, printer or server: to avoid upfront costs, simplify management and maintain cost control. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems are complex and delicate, subject to failures, stringent regulations and a shortage of qualified technicians in the area. With our all-inclusive model you eliminate these problems, ensuring reliability, compliance and operational continuity.

3. How does the Cooling as a Service model work?
Choose the system with us, sign digitally, schedule the installation. From there, we take care of everything: supply, remote monitoring, predictive and corrective interventions. A single monthly fee covers the entire life cycle of the system, without surprises.

5. What is Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
The SLA is an agreement that defines the minimum standards of service: guaranteed uptime, response times, penalties or compensations in case of disservice. It is a tool of transparency and reliability, which protects the customer and makes the supplier responsible.

6. What happens at the end of the contract?
Upon expiration, you can choose whether to renew the service — adjusting the price by virtue of the technological upgrade — or switch to traditional management. In the latter case, the system remains on loan and you can activate a maintenance-only contract, without extended warranty or SLA.

7. Can I redeem the system at the end of the contract?

Our model is not designed to leave the “iron” in your hands, but to offer you a continuous, efficient and always up-to-date service. At the end of the contract you can decide whether to renew with more modern equipment or activate a loan formula with basic maintenance. If instead you prefer to redeem the system, we can evaluate it case by case — but be careful: the real value is not in the machine, it is in the service.
