The price shown refers to the monthly fee for 120 months, excluding VAT.
The fee includes:
1. SLA (Service Level Agreement) defining the minimum guaranteed service availability (Uptime), and related penalties and service credits.
2. The extension of the warranty for the entire duration of the service.
3. An All-Risk insurance policy for damage suffered or caused by assets rented from a leading European company, for fire, Kasko and electrical phenomena.
4. Scheduled routine maintenance interventions carried out by both specialized technical personnel of the EUCOS Group and qualified technicians from the parent company's authorized service center.
5. Technical assistance interventions, local or remote, necessary to repair any faults or anomalies that may arise throughout the service period.
6. Operation of the equipment, complying with all applicable legislative requirements, for example, under Italian law: preparation of the system logbook, periodic checks for fluorinated gas leaks, electronic submission of completed interventions in accordance with the FGas Regulation to the ministerial portal, and the compilation and submission of Energy Efficiency Control Reports to the provincial registry of heating systems.
7. Remote supervision with the “EUCOS Field Sense” IoT Web platform connected via cellular network to the field equipment using the “EUCOS Box”.
The following are excluded from the fee:
8. The installation of the equipment, which will be quantified separately.
9. The supply of electricity to power the rented equipment.
10. The supply of any air filters, which will be billed according to consumption.
11. Damage caused by intent or negligence.
